Returns

We accept returns of Barking Fancy Originals within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased from partner vendors follow the vendor’s own return policy (see the vendor’s website for details).

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. An order number is required as proof of purchase.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

• Open/perishable goods (e.g., treats)
• Custom or personalized products (including special orders)
• Opened personal-care items (e.g., grooming products)
• Final-sale/clearance items
• Gift cards and digital downloads

Return shipping & fees

Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund when we issue a prepaid label through the portal. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the item and we will ship you a new item once your exchange item is received. (If the exchange is due to a defect or fulfillment error, we’ll cover shipping.)

Refunds

We’ll email you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact support@barkingfancy.com.
